Since 2004, Rawleh Enterprises Limited has grown alongside Zambia's mining and industrial sector — from a small first aid and medical consumables supplier in Kitwe to a trusted, wholly Zambian-owned partner serving some of the country's largest mining and manufacturing operations.
Where It Started
Rawleh Enterprises was founded in Kitwe, at the heart of the Copperbelt Province by Mr Rabson Jikanza and Leah Jikanza, with a focus on supplying first aid products and medical consumables to the businesses and communities around it. In an industry where safety is non-negotiable, that early focus set the tone for everything that followed: reliability, compliance, and a genuine commitment to protecting people on site.
Growing With the Industry
As the needs of Zambia's mining, construction, and manufacturing sectors evolved, so did Rawleh. What began as a first aid supply business expanded into a comprehensive range of solutions, including:
- Occupational health, safety & environment (OHS) equipment and first aid training
- Construction and general road works
- Electrical and instrumentation products and services
- Supply and servicing of mechanical equipment and fabrication, including mining pumps
- Fire suppression systems
- Analytical products and laboratory consumables
- General products and services, from office supplies to fumigation
This growth wasn't about moving away from our roots — it was about becoming a more complete partner to the industries we've always served, with safety still at the core of what we do.
A Trusted Name on the Copperbelt and Beyond
With a head office in Kitwe and an operational presence in Lusaka, Rawleh has built long-standing relationships with some of Zambia's most significant mining and industrial operators, supplying goods and services that keep sites safe, compliant, and running. We're registered as a first aid supplier with the Chamber of Mines, and our compliance with Zambia's regulatory bodies — including ZPPA, NAPSA, and the Workers' Compensation Fund Control Board — reflects a business built to last.
Looking Ahead
More than two decades in, Rawleh Enterprises remains guided by the same values we started with: integrity, respect, lawfulness, and a relentless focus on the customer. As Zambia's mining and industrial sectors continue to grow, we're committed to growing with them — supplying the equipment, expertise, and safety solutions that keep the Copperbelt working.
Rawleh Enterprises Limited is a wholly Zambian-owned company headquartered in Kitwe, with an office in Lusaka, proudly serving the mining, construction, and manufacturing sectors since 2004.
